Our warranties cover only the product itself and not any labor required to install or remove the product, unless specifically noted.ĭuring the first year, shipping on both the defective part and the replacement are free. If a replacement light is warranted, ELEDLights will ship the replacement out once we have received and inspected the failed light.Warranties do not cover products that have been damaged through improper use, voltage spike, or faulty installation.

If a replacement part is needed, you will be given instructions on how to change the part out. Should your light fail within its warranty period, we will either replace the failed part or the entire lamp or fixture, depending on the particular product and failure in question. The warranty period is listed in the product's Specifications tab. Most of our products are warrantied for 5 years or longer.

Handling fees, on the few products we charge them, are non-refundable.Īll ELEDLights products are warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Special-order, custom, and close-out/clearance items are ineligible for return.

First time customers who are not satisfied with their order for any reason may return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, and we'll cover the shipping. The returned product(s) should be new, uninstalled, and have the original packaging intact or risk restocking fees or return rejection.
